I aren't even going to say out as it saves hassle talking to a 10 year Old.....:finger: And grief from my arse hole later when I get rammed by someone with anal beads...:nailbiting:

Also just for clarity I know it's not a negative rep. Just my opinion so why do anything if you disagree we all have different views unless it's distasteful or Damn right stupid

facts are, unfortunatley there are a select few who believe they are always right!! even when they are wrong!! and you can argue till your blue in the face, but they will never concede defeat!

Even when its proved there wrong they twist it to make it look like they were right all along, i gave up arguing with this select few ages ago, its really not worth it (y)

que the neg reps:D

He's also added that we are interested in him and predictably with how we go about business, the price is key.

ITK sad that Southampton are only willing to let a certain amount of players go. Obviously money talks but I think that'll be the case to some extent. We'll need to get in before they have a firesale, and we don't exactly do speedy transfers.

That makes a lot of sense. When they've sold players for a hundred million, it wouldn't be very wise to sell players for another hundred.

Yes and I think it's only the logical thing to assume, for reasons of PR if nothing else. That's why I was shocked about the Lambert thing as it pretty much guarantees that they're offloading at a minimum three of their best players (no way do they hold onto Lallana and Shaw). That's a huge amount. Beforehand I would have been convinced that two big sales would be their max but now I'm not sure what the hell is going on at that club. It's not like they even got an amazing deal on Lambert (32 or not his numbers are hard to match).

Perhaps they will be willing to sell a fourth in Lovren but wow, you're getting towards half the first team at that point, and who knows what other players will want to jump ship upon seeing these departures. The board aren't even putting up much of a fight of it in the press. Situation seems odd to me. Financially stable PL clubs don't usually bend over this easily.

This is the sort of thing that worries me though. I'm certainly not against the idea of Pochettino wanting to fine tune our fitness levels, but there's a world of difference between coaching a team like Southampton (which, with all respect, has a lot of Championship-level players that are in no position to ignore their coach when they have a chance of playing Prem football), and coaching a team like Spurs, which strikes me as having a lot of big egos that, as Sherwood said, act like they're doing the club a favour by playing for them.

Our best league performances were under Harry, and he was hardly known for running the team with an iron fist. Hopefully I'm completely wrong and all our players will respond well, but it wouldn't surprise me if a few of them don't.
I agree and on top of your concerns, I am also concerned about the intensity of fitness training. If Poch is just simply doing intense training, it would be very bad and could cause a lot of injuries, however if he really knows his stuff in regards to modern techniques, recovery etc, than this could be a fantastic thing for the team, and any players who weren't happy with it would soon come round when they started to feel fitter, stronger & faster.

Thanks Loco, this actually makes me think that a few of our current squad will be shipped out, Kaboul(knee) and Dembele(hip) for starters
It depends, if Poch just uses intense training to "work them into the ground" then you would have a point and it could cause more injuries among our players. However, if he uses modern techniques and recovery times, it would have the opposite effect, as it would strengthen areas around the problem areas and improve mobility putting less stress on the problem area's. You could find that some players that are being written off (Kaboul & Sandro in particular) are rejuvenated and become the players of old.

I would imagine he will be using modern techniques...
