Lamela bit is the only thing he said is right and that Poch rates him. Nothing about Lallana so assume he is saying it's not going to happen. I get this feeling we will buy Lovren, Rojo and Remy and be done with it.

The fact that Lallana didn't excel much at the World Cup is a bloody good thing in terms of price - not that he got too much opportunity mind.

Might just cool the inevitable inflated price down a bit.

Has anyone picked this up today from Trix on COYS?

Just been told Lalana is no chance, mind firmly set on Pool. Lovren on the other hand prefers us(Poch), and is all about us agr5eeing with Saints before they have sold their quota. Second hand info, and again from Lovrens agent.

Not really bothered by no Lallana. Feel like we could do more with our money to address some needs.

As for Lovren, if that info is true it's not that surprising given how much Lovren recouped his overall status as a younger footballer with a bright future when he went to Southampton.

Pleased with the Lallana news, he's a good player but I just don't see him and Eriksen in the same side. Balance-wise it wouldn't be right for me, as they want to play in the same areas.

Also, the ITK about Lamela being a big part of our plans, while seemingly obvious, is absolutely fantastic news. Sometimes the most "obvious" decisions have escaped our coaches, so to see Pochettino putting the right foot forward early (evaluating players before making decisions, contacting players such as Lamela/Vertonghen with a vote of confidence) is incredibly promising from my viewpoint.

I'm curious as to the Holtby stuff. I see a valuable player for us and one that could really raise his value if he could find the right position to really put his skillset on show. He is very talented, but the past year and a half has been pretty underwhelming if we're completely honest.

1. A striker he'd coveted for years
2. One of the hottest talents in world football

He will not spend the same on

3. England's flavour of the month

especially when we've got England's flavour of other months in Townsend already.

COYS is Come on You Spurs. You need an invite from a member to get on there. A lot of people here have been banned and we joke about it often. In there defense, at least in my case....I totally deserved it. They have a lot of ITK....maybe too much.

SO is Spurs Odessey. Run by Paul Smith, it is a smaller forum with some ITK and overall a pretty decent set of posters.

FTL=From the Lane. It's an older forum and it has some legendary ITK but few can get on it these days.

TFC=The Fighting Cock and they are newer and open. They have little ITK yet but do have their version of the Goat (which is our anonymous ITK aggregate account)

I think that's the main ones still

It ould seem unlikely to spend that much...but MU have just shelled out £29m on a La Liga midfielder and they look to spend further £32m on a left back, so £25m for a proven PL midfielder around the same age seems right. how much faith Levy has in Poch and how essential poch sees lalalna to consoildating the first teamseems key here.
