Odd rumour here and there but very little business done by anyone except managerless Man Shitty, and they will still do more.

You can sign players now but the registrations go through once the window opens.

seem to remember city doing the same thing last season i.e. all of their moves were wrapped up almost as soon as the window opened. not sure why we're waiting on announcing baldini, my optimistic side believes it's because he's already working on a transfer or two for us and we may get a clutch of 'signings' all at once.
