I think if I said Christmas was December 25th and you couldn't have your presents until then, you'd find a logical (in your mind) reason why in wrong and why you can have them earlier.

No reason we can't still be working on deals, primarily deals that include bringing in younger talents that aren't on World Cup Squads. Players like Batshuayi and Belic (who we have ITK on) should have all of our focus right now.

According to the last info we recieved, if we wait that long this pre-WC window we'll probably miss out on Lovren & Schneiderlin

Of course there isn't, and Baldini will be. It's just that some people have convinced themselves that if there's no ITK, nothing can possibly be happening. The huge irony is that whilst we've been perfecting the set-up of this forum over the past five or six years the ITK has steadily been drying up.

I was doing my part to ease some people's minds that, like you said, there's no ITK to be found, it doesn't necessarily mean everyone at our club is sitting on their thumbs waiting for the World Cup to be over.

Everyone will be at the world cup not just players. Agents, DOF's even some chairmen. Baldini should be out there partying and tapping up till their arses bleed. Nothing will probably be cemented while it's going on but 90% of the groundwork can be done.
