I thought the 'anyone fancy a striker', clue was solved the first time it was posted, i thought it referred to a wolf whistle (a sign of one fancying someone else), which in turn meant the young dutch forward "Wolfswinkle" - but i may have missed something in the preceding 20 pages !!!

I was told that we were told the price we needed to pay (£16.5-£17m) and were considering whether to meet the demand. However, Another team had already agreed to the price (Lyon was what I was told) but since then other ITK's have suggested it is Liverpool.

well thats what I was hoping was the case when I first read POTL's post regarding Capital cities.

I'm sure that if he is as important an option for us, then we would bid on him. If not, Levy wont be fooled into parting with the cash. We must just trust that he and the board learnt from what happend during "FrazierGate" and dont make the same mistake again however. If he's the right man, lets get him now
