I can’t believe we managed to get ourselves in the situation this summer where we had to sell first before we could buy anyone, but whatever - it is what it is.

Here's to hoping this is the catalyst. *If* we do in fact have deals lined up, as we have heard, we may have just been waiting for this moment. If we are indeed going to sell to a rival, the least we can do is leave it til late so there is no time for any preseason/training. That could then put us in a position to finalize the deals on the other players we have lined up. Now, I'm not saying that's what's going to happen. But, it's a possibility. I'm waiting til the window is shut before I get all spun out over it.
