This window -- coming off the back of an appearance in a CL Final and a world-record profit, with the stadium completed and massive commercial sponsorships wrapped up -- represented an absolutely massive opportunity for the club. The manager, who undoubtedly deserves full backing, entered into the window explicitly calling for a rebuild.

If the best Levy can do is to bring in a six-months-belated replacement for our best midfielder and two teenagers while likely selling one of our most influential players, he genuinely needs to be stripped of any responsibility over transfers.

Stripped of responsibility ? Levy and Lewis need to piss off out of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club.

This was obvious to some of us a week or so ago. It has followed the exact same pattern of ITK from the last 2 windows. Everything has gone silent so people cling onto the hope its all happening on the hush when in reality its all falling apart again.

There will be so many posts saying wait till Thursday, remain positive, keep the faith etc. I say get realistic nothing big will be done and we will all be disappointed again.

Sess will be a nice addition but nowhere near enough.

Problem is though, if that includes Eriksen leaving it's still been a very average window considering we were told that lessons had been learned and Poche would finally be fully backed.
He also told that this summer rebuild will be painful. With Ndombele, Sess, Clarke and GLC (and/Or) Bruno he will be backed and it will be painful when Eriksen leaves.

Honestly cannot see it ending with just NDombele, Clarke and Sess. There will be another. Not sure if it's Bruno, or Dybala, or GLC, or Bale, or a surprise mystery player not yet named. There will be someone else.

BUT if it somehow DOES end with just those 3, and no Eriksen extension, he absolutely needs to be held accountable and I wouldn't blame Poch for walking in the Spring.

I'm sticking to Valyids earlier post today and stay positive.

I think we will get Sessegnon wrapped up tomorrow and get either Lo Celso or Fernandes on deadline day.

Go on slap me so hard with those optimistic rainbows that I look like I'm off to Pride.

Thing is, even this wouldn't be good enough if we sell Eriksen which, based off the ITK recently, looks pretty likely.
