You know times are bad when you start looking through Newsnow for a feasible transfer link (hit) because your normal dealer is not answering the phone. The stuff is never as good and you usually have to spend more (time looking)... Dark times, its a god dam Friday night. On the plus side I did just watch Eddie Murphys RAW on netflix.... Winning!

It's not even June yet and Monaco have just spent 130 million Euros on 3 players.

Crazy, crazy world.

I guess the rest of the football world is waiting for Monaco to finish their spree before anyone else makes a move. After Monaco we'll then have to wait for ManC, Chelsea, PSG and Real Madrid to do their thang. After they're done it'll be ManU, Bayern, Juve and Barca. And then we'll have to wait for the teams with the next level of financial clout, then the next lot and the next lot and the next lot - until it is finally our turn. By which time it'll be late August and the only available players will be Dean Whitehead and Stephen Hunt.

It's very hard for Spurs to make positive early moves in the transfer markets because clubs and agents are waiting and hoping for better deals from the bigger spenders...

Falcao is obviously going to Monaco for a year to earn a fuck tonne of money, and then go to Real next summer. He cannot go directly to Real because of the rivalry, and lets face it there are worse ways to waste time than to get paid obsence amounts of money to play football in Monaco, of all places

During the Mexico and Nigeria match, the announcer just mentioned that Christian "Chucho" Benitez is rumored to be going to "Tottingham."

The announcer is Mexican and was giving an update on Club America that is located, obviously, in Mexico.

Just thought I'd pass this along. Kind of out of left field.

Foot Man sounds like the worst superhero ever.

Had this discussion with my Son yesterday (he wants me to draw up a Superhero poster with 2 new Superheroes) and we pretty much both agreed that the worst ever Superhero would be 'Bumfluff!'

What can I say, he's eleven.

Mind you.......... It was me who thought up 'Bumfluff.'

What can I say, me and my Boy have the same mental age!
