Save the debate on lost against what we purchased him for. As far as DL is concerned, he wants his money back! We can argue until the cows come home. That is what he wants! So if anyone wants to sign him, we will only accept a ‘tie-in’ to purchase at end of loan!
This is where DL’s thinking just makes absolutely zero sense. Want my money back and happy to piss away 10m in wages for a non-contributing player with a shit attitude and then rinse and wash and do it again.

Amazed united are in for king, cant see where he wouid fit in at all
They tried for him in January I think. He’s a product of their academy and it sounded then like it was his dream move. If they are in for him I don’t think we have a chance

They were desperate then though

Dragon1 on COYS a few hours back: 'United are now in for king , possibly Ingalo is leaving not sure how this ends for us now'
Also:
'Regarding bale we have tried many many times

bales motivation is money China was mega money so he’s annoyed about it , if you care about his career you don’t go to China at 30 when you are in your peak still , if bale wanted to come back it would happen

I see people mentioning another center half the most likely is the Korean boy'
Ighalo is on loan through January. United just extended it 2 months ago. They have no say over his future unless they make him permanent. We’ve already been told we arent in for King. That 2nd part about Bale reads like opinion.

Being as transfer payments are routinely structured over the length of the player's contract, I don't see much difference between a loan with obligation and a straight sale. I suppose we might have to stump up some wages over the course of the loan. As I think a straight sale is highly unlikely, I'd have to say the same about such a loan too.

Thanks for whoring.

I hope that the couple of Dohs you’ve received are just a case of fat thumbs - most particularly the one from Herc. ITKs, especially, should know that shooting the messenger is considered bad form when it comes to itk. So it would be surprising if it was anything other than a mistake on his part.

Not a problem - fairly thick skinned these days and prone to the odd fat thumb myself

If you have to think about should this be in this thread, the answer will probably be no.

Most things should go into the players threads.

We used to have a media roundup thread, if that's useful then we can think about it but the problem is it quickly descends into a general discussion thread rather than staying on topic. For that reason it'd be better if individual media reports went into the player threads but we appreciate this roundup covered a lot of players.

Just to expand on what @chrissivad said, this thread is for ITK. That's ITK as recognised by SC, we all know who they are and if you're not sure, don't post it.

Media, Twitter and everything else should go in the player threads. As should other clubs transfer business or talk about players you would have liked us to sign.

I can't see us having a thread for media stories, we've tried that and it ends up with people being lazy and using one thread for everything. You can't manage to stay on track in one thread, two will just baffle you to pieces.

The read only was good! Why did that get done away with?
I myself don't have lots of time to read through all the crap that gets posted although some of it does made me crack a smile Every now and then.

It’s still live under SC ITK rather than the transfer section ??

Dragon said that King had moved ahead of Ings and Wood on our wishlist a few days ago.

Just an update on outgoings: club actively looking to sell Foyth, Rose, Aurier. Club would be willing to accept good enough offers for Lamela, Sissoko and Gazza but the club aren’t pushing those three out. The last I heard about Ndombele was just after the PL restart when I was told that Jose had an honest discussion with TN about his attitude and it was believed that things would be going up from there. Having heard what I heard I was expecting TN to be playing more after the restart but it never happened which confuses me a little. Possibly TN didn’t improve as was suggested in their convo. With regards to incomings, a bit like the RB situation with Doherty, we are in talks with several STs but a couple are further down the line than others (only one will go through though). One of the STs (Jose’s main man) is pissing our transfer committee off as we are kind of a fall back option to him. We are also looking at three CBs, one of which is looking far more feasible than the other 2. Can’t mention any names at the moment unfortunately but hopefully will be updates soon.

Thanks for posting. Also, happy to see those rumored players that are available (bar Foyth). I really hope we can move 4 of those guys on, as it could really give us the money we need to round out the squad.
