In the Richarlison threadIt is close.
Feel better now?
Movement ?
If richarlison is close its just the CB to sort and we're in good shape.
I think Spence is pretty much a dead certAnd RWB
Just stick £40m on table for bremerIf richarlison is close its just the CB to sort and we're in good shape.
Was thinking the same, I presume A&C gave a few cracks of his ban whip having already snapped his stick with so much aggregating going on.Have I missed something? Thread started at 5am and only 5 posts
Still not a fan of Richarlison but will give him a fair crack of the whip if he comes. That’s if Romero doesn’t snap him in his first training session![]()
And for me, thats all that matters - Conte getting who he wants - bring on the trophiesDragon on coys
The reason I posted last week that our money will much more likely Be going to goodison than Yorkshire is because it’s who conte wanted much more and right now conte has levys ear
conte wants defenders now , rodon is highly likely to be off we have tons of interest which means I expect two center half’s plus Spence to join
Enic realize two things right now
1- we have a world class manager who If backed will win things
2- Chelsea going for 4.25 billion I think it was whose infrastructure and stadium is vastly inferior to ours means that if we can add some serious silverware That Means Enic can sell for Mega money which is why after 21 years they finally made that 150 million available As if conte delivers trophies they will get that 150 back many times over

Can totally see why Conte would prefer Richarlison to Raphinha. He just has that mentality Conte loves.
Two CBs plus Spence would really make it a brilliant window. Also if we are after two CBs then Lenglet on loan makes a lot of sense.
I think we'd need that creative AM option (initially earmarked for Eriksen) to really complete the squad though.
Tbf Raphinha’s defensive stats and work rate are as good, if not better in some areas. But from a versatility point of view it makes senses. Personally I think 60 mil is a little much but it is what it is. As you say, the one thing is if/when we get Richarlison we will still seriously need a creative AMC, ideally one that can play in a few different positions. We really don’t want to be in a situation next season were all our creativity comes from our primary CF or a 21 year old in his first full season in the PL. The big plus on Raphinha was his chance creation stats, they eclipsed Richarlisons. Adding a versatile work horse makes complete sense, but we need to balance that out if we want to get the best out of him and the rest of our front line. Without that, as you touch upon, it wouldn’t be a brilliant window for me as it was lacking last season and with the more games we have next season I can see it becoming more apparent. I know Eriksen is off the table it seems, as is Dybala who although a different player was also creative, but I’m still hoping that we are looking at others. Can totally see why Conte would prefer Richarlison to Raphinha. Thx for sharing. Interesting insights. But, the last part about ‘silverware’, will have barely any impact on sales price. Business does not work that way. CL qualification is critical. Yes. A highly competitive team that sells out the stadium. Yes. Having an FA Cup trophy in the cabinet by the end of the season (If they sell in the next year or two), will have no bearing on the sales price. In the grand scheme of value propositions or Reasons to Buy… that part would be way, way, way down on the list.Dragon on coys

Agreed. Although I think that winning something(s) over the next 2 years combined with Conte, Paratici, great infrastructure etc might mean we can ask for something approaching Chelsea's price.I imagine they mean adding "serious silverware" will attract many more fans which would lead to a higher sales price. Why else would Chelsea be worth so much? So probably more of a 5 to 10 year timeframe rather than 1 to 2 years.
