Very sorry to hear your news @Mr Pink, I lost both my Dad and Father in law to cancer. I personally had cancer in my lymph glands but was lucky enough to beat it with Chemo and Radiotherapy, I'll never forget it and on Sunday I ran the Cheltenham Race for Life in which we all raised £95K towards cancer relief. I'll chuck in a donation to Jamies skydive :)

May I say for once, which is very rear, that the popular news on links and players is almost spot on, that we want. They are seeing us as their preferred destination. Instructing their agents to ‘make it happen’. Keep eyes on RM. GLC is not dead. Betis should not play Poker with our Daniel, as there would only be one winner! COYS!!!

Mr. Pink! Again you are in my thoughts more than you realise ❣️❣️❣️??

Brilliant to hear Herc, all signs are pointing to a bright future. The bit in bold is huge and could be where we finally smash the old glass ceiling. It's also something I believe Trix alluded to a while back, and seems to have been the case with Ndombele.

I'm guessing it's down to 3 things:-

1. New stadium and increased financial capabilities
2. Improved profile following the CL Final run, and continued participation
3. The Poch factor

Everything has come together at the same time, this summer does feel like the time to strike.

Ndombele, Clarke, Sessegnon, Lo Celso, Aarons, Ceballos, Maxi Gomez please Mr Levy.

P.S. Thoughts with you Mr Pink, awful awful news. Think we've all had our lives affected by this awful disease. I'll be making a second donation to the cause in honour of your Mum.

Haven't really been following ITK too much so thanks @Hercules. Wonder what'll be next from RM?

Not to try speculate but this could be in terms of incomings rather than outgoings(CE), we will just have to wait and see what comes out during the next few weeks. Exciting times ahead.

Right, I've been good to you lot so far and I've not bugged you for donations (yet) so it'd be nice if you could see your way clear to donating toward a good cause.

SC's mummy mod Vics is doing a run for Cancer Research this Saturday and it'd be really nice if we could get her total up a little bit more. I'm looking at some of you lurkers here, sling a fiver in the pot. I'm double looking at some of you who ritually spam the thread, you lot can throw tenners in.

Bollocks to the food and rent! Donate now!

Sling a post in here when you've donated for multiple winner ratings

Go on, do it, I'll be especially nice to you for a short while too*

*Minimum 15 minutes, maximum an hour :D

The instructing of agents is great news, cheers Herc.

I'm hoping that the signing of Ndombele is also going to help attract players and make us their preferred destination.
Couple his signing, with the stadium, our manager and our recent CL performances, and we must surely be an attractive proposition to anyone.

Understand the importance of this so much more now.

Just found out my mum has cancer of the spine, liver and lower part of the brain, obviously very advanced with no recovery ?

Sorry to hear that, make the most of the time left. Last my dad to cancer Nov last year

Sorry to hear that Mr Pink. I lost my father to cancer 3 years ago. I had a year with him after the prognosis, when knew it was terminal.

Of course it wasn't easy at times, but in hindsight I felt fortunate to have had that time and learn all I could from him.

I still remember coming home from school one day to hear hear the news that we'd signed Klinsmann, and us both jumping up and down like lunatics around the Kitchen, food flying everywhere, much to the consternation of my Mum and the dog.

He would have loved moments like signing NDombele, and the ensuing Arsenal melt down even more!

Sorry @Mr Pink. Lost a cousin to cancer when he was 10. Was too young to properly take in what had happened (I was 15). Have a few other family members who’ve had brain tumors since and just found out over the weekend that our dog has cancer. Feel for you.

Thoughts and strengths are with you, @Mr Pink, and your mum - from Singapore. Like some said, spending even more time with her now is the best and most beautiful thing that can happen. All the best to you and your family.
