The whole tour is about our sponsors and meeting new contacts. These are only partly about growing our brand these days.

There's a meeting organised for businesses in Sydney (for the region) to watch a presentation by Levy et al on the stadium development opportunities and the wider regeneration in Tottenham. I know someone who is going, so hopefully he will give me an idea of what its about. Ive asked him, but he's not a spurs fan so I can't guarantee he will give me any useful info!

Hope it's not just the sort of thing you hear like "the club is proud to announce Hertz Australia as our official Australasia car hire partner"

True but don't Man U make some cash off deals like that throughout the world. Although obviously we wouldn't be anywhere near what they get for their deals.

With Boris sounding out the Qataris after the Olympics. The new stadium. Harringay regenerating the area, Cross Rail 2 and Tottenham Hale redevelopment. Tottenham is going to look very different in a few years time.

Sherwood has identified 2 young Tottenham players. Its not just paper talk.
The lad at Brentford is one.

Conversation not fact, but we fear losing Grealish. A number of clubs including Tottenham are taking a look and have watched him before.

Tim can do one if he wants Pritchard. That boy is something special.

As for the other, I'd guess maybe Tom Carrol? Could see him leaving this window, but I'd guess more than just Villa will be interested if he is put on the auction block.

Surely after all the fa cup heroics etc grealish will be staying at villa? Unless I've read that wrong? He is a huge villa fan.

I wonder if the other is Ryan Fredericks?

I could see it being any of:

Fredericks
Carroll
Veljkovich
Townsend

Maybe even someone like Ward.

Couldn't see the next generation (Winks, Onomah etc) being tempted to leave Spurs at this time...

But where does he rank behind Walker, Yedlin, Trippier (if he comes), Dier etc? A lot of bodies in his way. At Villa its just Hutton.
Not to mention KWP. If we want Grealish, I'd be more than content with sending Fredericks the other way.

No way Pritchard should go anywhere after the season he's had, not even on loan.

I like the idea of Sherwood taking other players on loan but not permanent.

Especially to a team who came 17th

That's what I mean, A london Club who finished 5th with the best development/training facilities in England to Villa in 17th. It is more likely to be a player who has tasted 1st team football but doesn't feel he can quite cut it/secure a 1st team place at Spurs and needs to move for career progression.

No chance of Pritchard going surely? Was reading the other day hes going to be offered a new 4 year deal. Maybe Tim wants a loan.
