Sherwood has identified 2 young Tottenham players. Its not just paper talk.
The lad at Brentford is one.
Conversation not fact, but we fear losing Grealish. A number of clubs including Tottenham are taking a look and have watched him before.
I think the club would be mad to even consider selling Pritch, or even loaning him, without giving him a try. But I am actually a bit worried about this bit of ITK because Pritch is not listed as being on the summer tour...

If anyone knows a very reassuring reason why he is not in Malaysia (or has evidence that he is) please cheer me up a bit and post it. I really don't want him going to Villa or anywhere else!

My god no; the guy will be amazing for us next season. He's super ready. If pritchard has the option to play all time and not so much I would take a loan and let him find his feet in the premier and the year after we are laughing however he is more than ready to be here now!
But we need backup for Eriksen.Pritchard on loan at Villa sounds like a good idea. The boy has potential and a bright future, but beeing asked to deliver for us is something different than beeing the star man for a small club like Brentford.
I really rate Pritchard, but i do feel he is a little overhyped on here. I see many have him in their starting lineups for next season, but i dont think he is quite there yet (i would love to be wrong though). I have seen him quite a few times this season and he is still raw. If he is guaranteed play time under Sherwood, a coach he should know well, im all for him developing further at Villa.
Both Lamela and Chadli should play that role more often in my viewBut we need backup for Eriksen.
He'll get game time here, and he's perfect for Pochettino's system, so what is the point in loaning him out?Pritchard on loan at Villa sounds like a good idea. I agree but I will go with what pochettino says mate. Hopefully he agrees with us lolMy god no; the guy will be amazing for us next season. He's super ready.

I agree with that, especially in regards to Lamela. Ideally, I'd have Eriksen on the left, Lamela centrally, and a pacey winger on the right. Both Lamela and Chadli should play that role more often in my view
Kane got plenty of playing time and he wasn't considered a starter at the beginning of the season. Between europa and the domestic cups Pritchard will be getting a game nearly every week. Plenty of playing time and a crucial member of the squad.I dont mind Pritchard staying with us either. But if he was a guaranteed starter for Villa for a whole season that would do a lot more for his development than playing backup for us. The boy need to play.
Having said that, there is also the chance that he show us during preseason that he should be a guaranteed starter for us, and i would be even happier for that. Not many saw Kane taking such huge steps so fast either.
