Fat fingers soz. Undone now. And if you want my two cents I believe Breezer said that player visits and things of that nature sometimes go on without the selling club ever knowing. Cited Holtby having a medical months before he joined as an example.
Would clubs be able to contractually restrict their players movements and behaviour to the point where they'd be unable to visit another club's facilities? I'm genuinely asking here, rather then stating an opinion either way.

The rules say you cannot talk to a player without that players clubs consent. So no he shouldn't be visiting our training facilities unless utd gave him permission. Not saying he didn't visit.

We have a resident mime artist. We’re fine.

That makes sense, yes. In that case, I would assume it would be tied into some form of communication clause, rather than specifically restricting a player's movements.

I think you can visit anywhere you like, you just can't enter talks over a contract without permission.

The whole Brazil squad were there the other week, which I'm sure didn't need any of the club's permission. I know that's slightly different, but I don't think any contractual rules prevent you having a guest visit at another club's facilities (as plenty of players and managers have friendships and visit each other's clubs frequently).

It covers talks regarding a transfer not just contract talks. Even indirect tapping up is not allowed. If poch was on match of the day he cannot say he'd love to sign player a.

It is very dangerous ground for him to be at our training ground without a very good reason. A breach can lead to a fine (for all involved), transfer ban, agent losing his licence and even points deduction.

Probably best to talk of it in martials thread. It's itk but getting a bit off topic a&c has a hard enough time of it already.

well perhaps he was visiting Hugo, to plead with his international captain to get him a reason for not being included in the WC squad.

Or maybe he had Uniteds permission?

Mourinho doesn't want to start him so they may let him look at other options.
But that doesn't mean to say we'll meet his valuation though.

Man U likely told him he was free to look for a new club, basically giving him free reign to visit whomever he wants. Doesn’t mean they have to sell him to the club he visits.

No rules stopped Utd in their pursuit of Berbatov, wasn’t he spotted hiding in the back of Ferguson’s car when he went missing on deadline day? :ROFLMAO:

As stated above, he more than likely had permission, we do things with a bit more class compared to other clubs...
