As promised(or maybe i said it on twatter?) I have a little update on Willian.
Chelsea are in for him, as they can and will meet his salary request.
We are still there and in the deal but its not decided yet.
They obviously do have many players already in that role but Moses will leave and JM apparently feels that Willian gives them more options, as he will for us.
Wait and see for now.

There's no evidence he does want Spurs either. Just ITK. But I imagine the Chelsea interest has turned his head away from Spurs now.

It's not fair to drop the bid for Willian as it is not his fault. But forget his feelings. This is business. This is his agent. He could tell him to stop being difficult and ruining his move. Doesn't seem to be doing that though.

Why would he? Remember being a footballer is a job and someone has offered him more money. I actually feel Lamela is the more unique player bearing in mind his potential.

If Willian doesn't fancy coming to spurs, playing every game and getting into that Brazilian World Cup squad then fuck him and his bastard agent. He's not worth 35million. There are other cheaper players out there who can unlock the door that can be just as good for us.

I can´t believe why Levy appointed Baldini and AVB. There are so many Directors and managers on this forum alone who would easily won the league. And they are probably a lot cheaper too.

If he chooses Chelsea I guess he gets possibly more money, CL football and realistic crack at major honours, risk of larger squad rotation

With us he gets - EL football, part of a new project, chance to work with AVB which are lead to believe is a factor, be the main man at the club and first team football every week in world cup year

You can see a case for him picking either.........but I fear Chelsea's appeal will win the day. I hope I am wrong

If you put it like that we haven't got a chance. The main 2 factors for us is AVB and first team football/star man status. Everything else favours Chelsea
