as must as i liked POTL info over the past windows, and i understand this could change quickly in Transfer market, but his hash words about skysports news make him so poor now.

ITKs are not omniscient. If that's what you want, go hang out on the OS, it's never wrong.

Rewatch the Confeds.
I agree for Brazil he played well better i think that has alot to do with it being in Brazil and in international footy as he is one to be up for big games. As for the premier league I think he does get caught alot but as for a DM as much as it pains me to agree with Redknapp, he is probably one of the best DM in the league

Pottle isn't wrong just yet... No Willian in a Chelsea shirt.
The game has definitely changed since he said that. Don't convince yourself that nothing has changed. Everyone apparently thought it was done, let's not act like the word from a day or two ago is still gospel, and let's not criticize people when things develop after information is obtained or shared. Not that you are doing the last part.

I'm on #teamjj and all, but people have to realize there is a good chance levy himself was laughing at SSN reports when they first came out.

Thing change so fast sometimes you can be completely ITK while being completely wrong.

I cannot see Roma selling Pjanic & Lamela together. If Roma management sell Pjanic as well, there would be riots in Rome.

Eriksen, Lamela, Chiriches, Leftback, another striker (if Ade or Defoe is sold)

There is still so much to do.
So lets save our energy and move on from Willian...

some people here need to cop on! naturally disappointing to lose out on Willian in such circumstances, but lets be honest he only became a major target last week when he was placed on the transfer list! I'm sure we have other targets, quality targets!

and lets not forget about a certain Lewis Holtby, whom i feel can be the creative spark we need if he is given a substantial run in the team! we have the best squad in ages, lets realise that!

Exactly - I wonder how many of those moaning have seen Willian play . Honestly

The only thing wrong about POTL's post was that he said the dreaded word "done". Everything else about it I would be willing to bet was factual. This was a unique circumstance of an unethical and dirty agent pulling a fast one on Levy, Baldini, and everybody involved at the Lane. I'm guessing from POTL's experience, he had never seen a deal be that far down the line and not completed and why he felt comfortable saying it was done.

Quite honestly, Willian is an exceptional talent, but one I feel was not worth the money we were going to pay for him. That type of money should only be spent on truly world class players or young players like Lamela who have proven they are well on their way to being that level.

most likely - Willian is going fishing with JT in the morning........
No, no, you got it all wrong. It is Willian's wife that is going to play with the rod and catch some ugly beasts with JT tomorrow, fishy indeed.

Re the ITK about Benoit, just want to say how much his departure will sadden me, he's by far the best left back I've seen at Spurs and while he had his moments, he's been consistently superb since the year we finally qualified for the Champions League. He has been great in both directions for the most part, he had entertained, and he has been honest throughout. Even if he is leaving because he doesn't want to extend (odd thing to discuss when he has three years remaining anyway and is already 29), he will remain one of my favourites and a guy for whom I have the utmost respect. I often here those older than I debate whether he or Knowles has been our greatest left back. The guy has seen off competition from many, he's fought his way back in when he's lost his place or suffered injury, he's been a great professional. Lastly, only cannot underestimate his role in turning Bale into the superstar he has become, their link up from 2012 - 2012 being the best wing understanding in world football.

Farewell Benny, you have been a true Spur and will always be a hero to me.
i endorse every word of this ststement. Could not have put it any better.

Hard to be sure but it sure looks like they're correct. Most the values match what the media reports we've paid and/or recieved for transfers. Surprised to see Parker got us €4.5 million, to be honest. Good bit of business right there.
Certainly not exact, but pretty close. I'm pretty confident that they aren't spot on. Like in the case of Chadli. A fee of 7m euros was the number that was everywhere. Then, at some point the fee got converted to pounds in the media and now it is listed as 7m pounds here.

Cheers for the reply, I've done some digging on that site and it say's Kaboul's contract ends by the end of the season, a bit worrying... :(

Out of them though...who would really start if the whole team was available to pick from? Rose and Walker are arguably the only two who would definitely start...Townsend based on performance on thurs maybe. Kaboul and Vertonghen edge out dawson for me.

We have a very English bench actually but it just shows how British players aren't as highly thought of anymore.
With due respect, I could not give a toss about English players (or any other Nationality for that matter) unless they play for the Spurs. I support Spurs and want the best for Spurs. If the best is English, not a problem, but I wouldn't lose any sleep if the best are non English as it is now. As I said in an earlier post, I support Spurs, not because it is an English club but because it is simply Spurs. I also said that people like you who bleat on about English players (or lack of them) at Spurs are probably England supporters who just happend to like Spurs. I am Spurs all over, irrespective of the nationalities that play for my wonderful club.

My take. Not bothered about Willian. Never convinced he was worth the money. Rather Lamela. Also think Townsend could save us a fortune. Go get someone without an afro; always believed that it affects heading and heat efficiency :p

Fellaini.

If bale goes we are desperately short of goalscorers. We need 5 players to get cl.

Backup striker
2 goalscoring midfielders
Left back
Reserve centre back

With 1 week left. Cant see it.
