Once again it has been pretty quiet on the ITK front, but hopefully that will pick up now that the team will be returning from their tour of the USA. Just one uttering.............From The Journalist

Lloris; there was a meeting last week as I said.
No deal done yet obviously and I don’t know what went down at the meeting.
But I’m told of 3 deals Lyon have already in place that will be done with the LLoris money.

So nothing new there then.
Me and the mrs had a right proper row last night and she stormed out and only came back just now....

AVB did say there would be nothing done while we were away and he was going to use the tour to assess the squad. He'll know our weaknesses very well now and I expect we'll see significant movement on the transfers and maybe their return will also see some more action from the ITK's.

I'd prefer the first movement to be Adebayor. Get it done and sorted this week so he'll at least have a couple of weeks worth of training with the squad and new regime before Newcastle.

Lloris, I don't mind if that deal drags on until deadline day. We're well stocked with goalkeepers anyway, so let Levy take his time in an attempt to get the best deal possible.

We don't have that luxury with Adebayor, or the striker position in general. Get it done, and then move on to striker number 2.

Hopefully, with the US Tour out of the way, we'll start to see more info about outgoings of Jenas, Bentley, Bassong etc. We've had far too little ITK about these guys leaving and that worries me.

Agreed, one way or the other. Hopefully, for all of us, he'll get the move, and we can move on. If it's a no go, tell him early to get used to the idea of playing for us again BEFORE the season starts!

We've always had less about outgoings, though, probably because it's considered less exciting.

It's the average fan that misses out. Just PM someone and get them to post things if you don't want flak.
