it's not just that. it's the fact that we're obviously very interested and was probably our top pick (or first reserve?) so would be nice once in a while to see our top targets get over the line.

Yeah I know what you mean, but the fact will always remain that it won't be easy to acquire such highly regarded players. All I can hope is that we have a list of 'top targets' and we get at least some of them over the line.

What will of course frustrate me is if we don't get any of our top targets. Missing out on some is to be expected.

How do we stand with Home Grown then? Wasn’t that an issue last year? Would getting Grelish and Sessegnon give us more options on some Carlos Kickaball buys?

Please not home grown talk again in the Daily ITK thread. You end up getting it locked.

A wee bit of info with Sess. We would ideally like to do a package deal that includes his twin Steven. I am told Steven is keen, but Fulham are not. Expect Sess to be wrapped up though. Not putting no timeline on it. N’Dombele, we have a chance is all I can say. Anything else I add to that would be my own opinion. Noises are we have a substantial kitty, and DL was fully aware of what Poch he was going to say. My opinion on that is to force father Joe Lewis.

thanks herc. certainly would appear that sess out of all or any transfers would/should be the easiest/earliest to do.

His wages are ridiculous. RM would do a lower loan deal with anybody, even less than the 10m loan fee mentioned in the press, but the club that takes him would have to cover his wages. Inclusive of all the add-ons, incentives etc, you are looking at paying out circa 3m (give or take) per month. So my opinion is no chance.

Oooh, appreciate it's opinion, but I would be very pleased to hear that it's not about Poch/Levy, but more a united front of Poch+Levy having a little prod at JL.

Thanks Herc.

Good, some idiots will take him though.

Clubs who enter into these kind of ridiculous deals need to get stung in order to bring some sanity back to the market.

Here's hoping.
