Buenos dias everyone........Yesterday we actually had some ITK! Last night i'd had a couple of beers and I winked at the mrs and she said to me "you only want sex when your drunk!"........."that's not true" I replied, "sometimes i want a kebab"

Anyway, on with the ITK........
The Journalist said:
IF Daniel Levy doesn't mess around with the fee or how its paid; then the brazilian to Tottenham looks good.
When I slung it in the RO I kind of assumed it was Leandro. Interesting that The Journalist said IF, in capital letters. Add that to what we already know about Levy and we're blatantly snookered.
The Storts said.....
Storts said:
Different source but I have it on good authority that Benoit will definitely be leaving this summer. Not certain on destination yet but he will be out the door.
Refreshingly, ITK that isn't Brazilian related.
And that was it with the dans le savoir yesterday

I walked up to the burger stall at the funfair last weekend and said to the bloke behind the counter, "My wife bought a burger from you yesterday and she's saying that she got a nasty reaction."

"What was the nasty reaction?" he asked. I said, "Apparently you called her a fat ****"

I had a vision in my dream last night, we sold Defoe to WBA. He crashed 1 in off the crossbar on his debut, I then had a discussion with Levy where I explained to him that Defoe will end up top scorer because at WBA he has a lot more space to operate in than when he played for us.

Re the Storts info, i don't think any of us will be shocked to see BAE move on this summer, hopefully a money club paying over the odds.

That's almost Lennon-esque!

Benny itk interesting. Been rumbling for a while now so we must have a replacement in mind. Fits in with the vermaelen rumours but with doubts over rose and fryers I'd love to see us go for shaw or Davies. Good enough to start but young enough to cover us for years where tv smells of a short term fit only.

If we can sell BAE, maybe we can get someone potentially better. Bastian Oczipka looks promising.

Anyway good afternoon from Asia.

Morning mate. A few people have mentioned this oczipka but I'm completely out of the loop on him. Strengths?

sounds like Liverpool to me
Or Sunderland or QPR. I'm pretty sure we've even made Stoke pay over the odds too. Man City and Chelsea have bottomless pockets o pay over the odds too. Not saying he'll end up at any of these places, but it's just a few examples of paying over the odds in the PL, let alone abroad.

I watch him a couple of times when Frankfurt play against Schalke and Bayern, good dribbling skills and make key runs for crosses hence the impression. Did a check on his stats and I am quite impressed... his 1st season in Frankfurt and seems to have improved a lot but still not as consistent. THis could also be due to the coach not preparing well for games... which I think AVB will be able to improve him.

If he develops on his defensive side, he could become the next Lahm. 8 assist last season... not bad for a left back. Some English dude claims he is like Baines... LOL . From a Frankfurt fan on Bastian: "Running in free spaces along the line, playing one-twos, out-pacing opponents, crossing,."

Cost Franfurt only EUR600k, I think we could get him for EUR 3-4M? After watching Rose last night, I shudder at the thought that he is the only LB.

If we could get PSG or Monaco to give us silly money I'd be happy, but would like to keep him around. When on song he is great.

We should be looking to improve , I don't think Oczipka > Benny.

Didn't BAE recently come out and say that actually he'd like to play for Spurs until he retires?

I get the impression that AVB doesn't fancy him but I think he'd probably be happy to stay.
