There really has been no meaningful info lately... Maybe things are on lockdown... Maybe Levy is smashing that piggy bank open with his head.. but probably nothing is happening

32 now. Sell BAE, that's 31. I don't count Friedel personally, now that we have Vorm his role is as a coach not a player, so that's 30. Loan Carroll or Mason, 29. Loan Fryers, loan Fredericks or sell Naughton, 27. Sell Ceballos, 26. Sell one CB, 25. Not too bad.

You do know we still have to count Friedel for the FA even if you don't count him right?

He doesn't have to be included in the squad. He has been appointed as a club ambassador and a long as the club pay him and he's happy he can see out his contract doing that.

Also think we'll see two of Bentaleb, Carroll, and Mason sold/loaned.

I would sooner sell Carroll AND Mason than lose Bentaleb. He's years younger than either and much farther along. Both Carroll and Mason have a future as starters for a mid-table team, but Bentaleb is something special.

I'm not sure if it has been mentioned or not, but I am fairly certain that you have to have 3 keepers registered. So I wouldn't count him out of the 25 just yet. I could be wrong, though!

Friedel would be registered in the 25, not really a problem as we have a few underage players who won't be registered. But I'm not sure Poch will really count him as a player, more of a coach who can also play if something completely terrible were to happen. I don't think he's ever going to look at the squad and go, "we've got to sell another player because Brad is taking up his seat on the bus."

Of course, if Schneiderlin comes in we'll also inevitably see at least one central midfielder go. I think it likely we'll see at least one go as is, and were Schneiderlin to come in I think it'd be two. Also think we'll see two of Bentaleb, Carroll, and Mason sold/loaned.

I think Carroll might be sold. He hasn't taken advantage of his opportunities as well as he maybe should have. Bentaleb has also surely passed him by now. The kid is 22 and still seems no-where near the first team. While a loan would be more likely, I wouldn't be surprised to see him get shipped off.

A loan to a prem club this season to increase his value then we'll probably sell him. Kinda like we did Livermore.

For me the ITK is pretty solid. We are trying to get players to fit certain slots in the club but only if they are right for us as we have good players...just need some better in certain positions or quality cover. We have a number of targets and are not hanging all on a marquee signing. Seems like a plan to me with what is an experienced team doing the negotiating.

However we do like some excitement so rumours of buying Falcao or Cavani would be nice until deadline day
