Do you mean the one I bought, and then got let down by the person I was going with??

Thanks for the accusation though. You don't even know me!
You're right in that I have jumped to a conclusion but you have to admit it looks a bit suspect. If you're genuine and sell it at face value then fair play.

Yep, got five tickets, block 112 all in the £60 category. All assigned to long term season ticket holders, no spares, none will be sold.

I was group 1, but the other four were group 2, so I waited until that group was open before applying.

The circle of doom took about an hour, but once in was very easy to complete.

OK, after emergency meeting of the SC politburo here's a couple of things that we'd appreciate you bear in mind before posting.

1: SC will not tolerate touting or the selling of tickets at anything over face value

2: If you're offered a ticket at above face, please send me a PM

3: This will be the only 'tickets' thread, any others will be locked

More may be added, this is all so new :D

Finally got it. Block 213! How you getting on my beautiful Scandinavian brother?

Just as the panic level were reaching physical pain levels it suddenly let me in. Block 114!

On a side note I don't really understand the pricing. I would've rather paid £200 for the £60 ones than £60 for the £500 ones.

Does this mean that it's ok to beg that if anyone has a spare ticket that they might want to have a worthy home (at face value of course) I will be most grateful! I could even provide accomodation for the Thursday & Friday night. :nailbiting:

It’ll be importable to check people’s ID’s to ensure they match the name on the ticket.

My mates were in Kiev last season, ring of steel fence around the ground, two checks on the way in but not a single ID was asked for from what they see.

Security is right but as long as the ticket is kosher you’ll be fine.

I suspect as much as a third of the tickets for the game will be in a different. And to the original purchaser/blagger

If so, then we're down to about 8,000 tickets for those people who have actually earnt them, 4,000 for either their mates, children with inherited places, or the highest bidder, 5,000 for Premiums/Corporates, the same for Liverpool and then 34,000 for people with zero connection to either club. Absolutely ridiculous.

Oi! I don’t care about people going with a ticket. I want to know where we are all watching it out there WITHOUT one.

I feel violated.

So there were still £60 tickets available now, which is nearing the end of phase 2, right? Gives me hope the final loyalty points requirement may come down quite a bit if so!

So you're allowing tickets to be sold here? Thought that was a no-go even at face value, or is it ok for European games? Do sexual favours count as "above face value"?

It’s scandalous and absolutely disgusting. UEFA/FIFA are scum of the earth and rotten to the core so should we expect anything else? It’s hilarious that our own FA see themselves as bastians of fair play and proudly call their League Cup Final the ‘fans final’ and then boast that each club in the final get 33k...that still leaves 24k seats going somewhere else!

That in football is deemed generous and something of a moral victory.

All that will happen on June 1st is shitload of genuine fans will have spent a small fortune to be at the game. These sponsors and UEFA friends making a killing flogging them to desperate fans of both clubs.
33k out of a 68k capacity goes to fans officially, but come match night I’d hazard that at the very least a further 20k will have found their way in to Tottenham and Liverpool fans hands.

Surely that alone shows how badly ticket distribution for this fixture needs to change.

There's James Joyce pub which is supposed to be decent. If we can get enough Spurs fans we can watch it there, get a bit of an atmosphere going. It's about 10 min walk from Plaza Colon. I'm going to message them to see what's what.

Nice.

I’m naturally put off by fanzones so will be looking for a bar.
