Looks like it. I wasn't sure if it applied to the group stages but a fair few teams in the UCL have used 4 or 5 subs so you'd assume it'll be the same for all UEFA competitions

Yep. From spurs site: "Meanwhile, UEFA rules now allow 12 players to be named on the bench, of which five can be used. Jose added: “Players like Gio Lo Celso, for example, coming back from injury, can be involved"
