Lucas saved his spot today, sorry for Dele, Stevie or Winksy.

I know Aurier can sometimes be a liability but playing Reggie in front of him seems overkill...

I will be amazed if Davies doesn't play left back. If Regulion plays they will target him with Woods and the diagnoal switch from McNeil.

Lloris

Aurier - Toby - Dier (if fit, if not, Rodon) - Davies

Hojbjerg - Sissoko

-Ndombele

Lucas-Kane-Son

Think Dier will be an absolute must in the air. I really hope he is fit. Wood is not the player you throw a Davies-Toby CB pairing up against.

Believe it or not I actually like Sissoko as a starter, with Gio to come on in his place second half. He's good in matches like these.

Good shout that. The centre back selection should be a real interesting one. Only thing I wonder whether Gio might have to do one more off the bench.

My #PredictJose

Lloris
Doherty Dier Rodon Reguilon
Lo Celso Hojbjerg Ndombele
Bergwijn Kane Son
Subs: Hart, Aurier, Davies, Sissoko, Lamela, Lucas, Vinicius
I would like to see Lucas start but it seems like Bergwijn will likely get the nod since he was completely rested against LASK. If Dier is fit I'd imagine he'd come straight back into the side. And also yes no Gareth on the bench — Lamela & Lucas outperformed him against LASK.

Welcome to the new, cutthroat Tottenham Hotspur squad.

Imagine if we can actually get Lo Celso and Ndombele on pitch with PEH! ??

Would Jose do it though, or will he still use Sissoko as a safe option, especially against Burnleybigger boys?

In don’t think we’ve had them both fully fit at same time yet, certainly not this season.

Lloris

Doherty Sanchez Davies Reguilòn

Ndombele Højbjerg Lo Celso

Bergwijn Kane Son

Soooooo tempted to say Bale bit probably more sensible for him to be on bench again and come on in second half.

Lo Celso or Ndombele are much “safer” than Sissoko.
