he was injured for a decent while and hasn't hit the same level since coming back. he's played a bit more recently so maybe he's getting closer. i would play him. fans moan about square pegs/round holes but then choose gray at cb over an actual cb. he might not do well or it might be the making of him and he gives us another option when we desperately need one

He’s the same age as the lad who scored against us at Bournemouth so he’s actually older than Gray.
Might be too much having him and Gray as part of the spine, he’s either got to start or he’s on the bench as we don’t have anyone else.
I’d be inclined to start him with a midfield trio of Sarr, Benty and Maddison, see how it pans out then look at switching Sarr with Gray in midfield.

I don’t see any way that Archie is not better than Bissouma . Won’t give the ball away and make stupid mistakes . The same goes for Alfie Devine. Unfortunately with our centre backs knackered, Archie has to play in defence.

Disagree. I'd much rather go all out to win this, secure qualification and then play all the kids v Elfsborg final day than go into that game needing a win for top eight.

And notwithstanding anything else, we just desperately need a win to get some good feeling back.

We won’t definitely be in the top 8 if we win it. We’ve got Hoffenheim before Elfsborg . Soton and Man Utd are more important than Rangers.

At least Vic, Spence, Romero, Davies, Reguilon, Odobert, Richarlison? Possibly van de Ven, Johnson, Moore? Biss and Bentancur available now, but not on next PL.

On worst scenario Forster - Porro, Dragusin, Gray, Udogie - Bentancur, Biss, Maddison - Son, Solanke, Werner? With Kulusevksi (rest), Sarr (rest), Bergvall (possible starter ahead of Biss) and Lankshear (could start?) as only proper options? Moore available would be big plus.

100%. Wish it was tonight so we could get that winning feeling back. My Motherwell mate says Rangers are shit and we’ll win 6-0. I asked him if he’s watched us this season and he said he has so I can only assume he had done some acid.
