On minutes played recently you would think Biss is a banker starter as he is the freshest and with an impending ban Bentancur might as well be used but looking back they have rarely started together , they did start together v Liverpool last season and we went 4-0 down , so maybe not a good idea

In theory, it should be enough to get it done. It’ll likely be disjointed again, but even if we need to bring on players to get it done late in the game, I think it’s worth resting key players. Just a shame we can’t really rest Udogie.

in an ideal world i'd agree but we lack alternatives and i do actually want to win this game, qarabag are no mugs and nearly knocked leverkusen out last year. if you take those two out and with romero's suspension then who comes in? davies for one but who would be the other?

I really want to see Gray in the middle of the pitch, that's where his future lies.

I agree with wanting Gray to be getting minutes where his long term future lies, but we've buggered ourselves a bit with Spence.

I would go pretty strong and not make too many changes. Thursday after Saturday is not bad but then Sunday after at Old Trafford will. I think 60mins and hopefully a good lead we can rest some. Too many changes and I worry about us.
