I know Dier is very rusty, bit he needs to be eased back into the team. He does give us tactical flexibility being able to drop back to be part of a back 3, or play as a DM infront of the back 4. It's that ability that enables us to confuse teams away from home, where the opposition are more likely to attack us than at NWHL.

Don’t get your hopes up for a 433 formation- I’m not sure we’ve ever set up like that as a template.

I expect a 4231 and pray to all things holy we don’t line up with a Kane suffocating 41212, one of the easiest formations to dismantle if the team playing it intend to play attacking, possession based football (which we do)

I would like to see this, but I think Poch is really banging that stubborn drum right now, to the detriment of the team. A 4-3-3 seems to suit us, but he keeps playing this bloody diamond.

I don’t think he’s gonna make many changes, and as many have said, I think it will be the Palace team. Lucky for us, Palace didn’t have Maddison or Tielemans in midfield. We need Dier in, we’re in dire need.
