Is Jan injured? So many starting Sanchez with Toby. As many have said, Dier needs to be phased back in to screen our back four. Could Sanchez be converted to DM? He’s pants at RB. Or Foyth could play DM when he’s fit?

I’d like to see
Hugo
Aurier Toby Jan Rose
Winks Sanchez Sissoko
Lamela Sir Harry Sonny

With
Dier replacing Sanchez at 60mins
NDombele replacing Sissoko on 60mins
Moura replacing any of our front 3 (even Harry)

I would start Sanchez to man mark Vardy. Plus Dier is not up to match speed. Same with NDombele.

Actually, I changed my mind. Eriksen has to be dropped for two reasons. 1 he was appalling on Weds. 2 he was really appalling.

Aurier, Lamela and Sissoko should keep their league places. Moura should be ahead of Dele and Eriksen for a starting berth.

I'd like us to play with a DCM for a change:

Lloris
Aurier Toby Verts Rose
Dier
Winks---Ndombele
Lamela
Kane Son

When we have the ball let Dier drop in between the CBs and push the FBs right up.

Lloris
Toby-----Dier-----Verts
Winks Ndombele
Aurier-------Lamela-------Rose
Kane---Son

I fear for us tomorrow. We don’t usually like playing teams with ballers in the midfield as a 35 year old Valbuena showed on Wednesday when he dominated us. With Maddison and Tielemans in there I sense trouble. Hope I’m wrong and would feel that a win in whichever way it comes would be huge so here’s hoping.

We don't like to play against bus parkers and now we don't like footballers in the opposition side.
Damn we are screwed.

Yeah strange take, we normally thrive against teams who play open football...it's the defence that need to be on guard.

That's why it will be high scoring I think. Wouldn't be surprised if we win 3-2 or something.

On form it has to be

Hugo
Aurier Toby Jan Rose
Winks Sissoko
Moura Lamela Son
Kane

which hopefully gives the following (excluding Sonny and Moura) a chance to start in the Carabao to regain form/fitness

Gazza
KWP Foyth Sanchez Davies
Dier Ndombele
Dele Eriksen Son
Moura

I'm very surprised how many people are advocating for a three-man midfield, with only two attacking midfielders. That puts way too much pressure on those two attacking players supporting Kane to create chances. It was a huge problem against Villa, and against Leicester, who work hard off the ball and aren't easy to breakdown (4 goals allowed in 5 games), it could lead to a stalemate in the first-half, when we need a fast start.

Our best football has always come with 3 attacking midfielders, and the Son/Eriksen/Lamela triumvirate tends to play well together, as they each have particular skills that mesh with one another. Moura has a case to play, too, but I don't know that he blends well with Son and Lamela on the pitch together.

Can see Sanchez starting ahead of Jan. He was horrific Wednesday fault for both goals and is getting a free pass because eriksen was somehow shitter

I’d go same team as palace.

Seems to be getting too clogged up with 3 behind Kane. There's no spaces for players to make runs into and it all looks very static to me.

I think this will be a game that really suits Coco. Leicester will attack and it will probably be end to end. Strong looking bench now and that's without the likes of KWP, Lo Celso and Sessegnon.

Lloris
Aurier Toby Verts Rose
Sissoko Winks
Lamela Eriksen Son
Kane

Bench: Gazza, Davies, Sanchez, Dier, Ndombele, Dele, Lucas
