This is going to fascinating to see how it plays out. Surely, Ange knows this is must win to keep his job - so it should tell us who he trusts the most in the squad.

This is not who I expect Ange to play, but this is who I would go with, if my job were on the line:

Kinsky

Porro
Dragusin
Gray
Spence

Bergvall
Deki
Maddison

Johnson
Solanke
Son

The back-5 pick themselves - its who we have healthy.

In the midfield, I think Bergvall has to start, and he can play any position - including the deepest spot in the midfield. He has the fight and technical skills needed to control the midfield. I would bring Maddison back into the team - if you are going to go down, then I want the best attacking side on the pitch, and Maddison is part of that. Deki is better as a CM than as a RW - and I want his fight/leadership on the pitch.

For the forwards, we don't have much choice - Solanke is nailed on, Ange will stick with Son, and since I am playing Deki in midfield, Johnson comes back into the line-up.

Bentancur not back? I would do anything, everything not to play Johnson – might as well play with 10 men, just not putting in the effort at the moment.

Johnson and Biss are doubts for Everton... 🤷‍♂️

So again... the team might pick itself... with a thin bench on top.

Fine if they are not in the starting 11. But we still need options and legs... crazy times 🙄

Interesting Davies is not mention as being out so maybe he starts or at least makes the bench Sunday:

"We remain without a number of players for our final trip to Goodison Park as Guglielmo Vicario, Micky van de Ven, Cristian Romero, Destiny Udogie, Rodrigo Bentancur, Wilson Odobert and Timo Werner all remain sidelined with injuries."

Could be a blessing in disguise.

I think we need Bergvall, and even in the Bissouma/Bentancur role.

If Johnson is out, push Deki out wide and bring Madders into CM. Or put Moore at RW, and still leave Madders and Deki in CM

Hmmm... hope it's not a typo... we could use Davies right now.

Actually Ben is back, id start him and put Gray in Midfield:

Speaking to reporters in his pre-Everton press conference, Ange said: "Coming back, Ben Davies should be involved."

We remain without a number of players for our final trip to Goodison Park as Guglielmo Vicario, Micky van de Ven, Cristian Romero, Destiny Udogie, Rodrigo Bentancur, Wilson Odobert and Timo Werner all remain sidelined with injuries.

So if Davies is back and with one eye on Hoffenheim midweek whereby Spence and Reggie won't be eligible then perhaps Ange plumps for;

Kinsky

Spence Dragusin Davies Reguilon

Gray
Bergvall Maddison

Kulusevski Solanke Son*

(*although i'd be tempted with Richarlison/Moore here)

I get you... but we need people/legs, energy, to manage a whole game. We can't keep on having a bench with two-three first team fringe players and 4-5 youngsters...

Every game we have new players who are injured, suspended, sick or doubts/not 100% fit... I just want weeks without bad news 🙏🙄

I'd give Moore a start on the right to be honest, whether Brennan is injured or not. We can barely play at all at the moment without Kulusevski in the middle, and I think he's the first name on the teamsheet in there and would be wasted out wide.

At least Moore isn't afraid to get at a man.

The two Spurscommunity scapegoats for Wednesday night both struggling to be fit ................. in fairness Biss deserves some grief for the Scum's winner

Assuming this, who are left on bench if Brennan and Sarr are out?

Bench: Austin, Porro, Hardy, Olusesi, Bissouma, Moore, Richarlison, Lankshear and god knows who?

It was Bissouma that was a doubt not Sarr unless he's also unavailable.

Probably have Luca Williams-Barnett on the bench but not that he'll likely see game time.

If you are Ange - are you trusting Reguilon to save your job?

I am not.
