Got too much stick when being played out of position. Decent RB. Can see us going for Richards of this happens since Fredericks is maybe not quite there yet.

Tidy RB who grew in confidence towards the end of last season, when given a regular run-out in his correct position and rarely let us down imo. As a RB being played out of position at LB, understandably he is woeful though. Unfortunately people seem to want only judge him on that basis, just like they saw Siggy as bang average, on the basis of being played mainly on the left side of midfield for us too.

Selling Naughton for around £4m and replacing him with Micah Richards for circa £7m seems like a decent upgrade to me.

I like Naughton as a defender he is a solid reliable cover if unspectacular. he doesn't have the speed of walker and thus did not provide the regular overlapping.
will do very well at swansea playing every week.
I wonder if micah Richards is on the cards.

report also says rose signing a new deal.

Would be a good move for him and I think we should let him go purely for his development. He is a very able back up and if we can sign or promote someone younger then it would be good business. If we can't get any one that is capable of doing the job then keep him...
