Romano is one of those Palmeri-esque journos. However, I reckon what he has said is what will happen anyway...
Castles tweeted he was due to fly to Manchester tonight but was kept in Lisbon. Woodward seems to be dragging his feet again. Rumor is LVG is fuming at woodward and wants him out.

Big fan of this. Keep it going, Ed. Keep it going.

Man United has agreement with Sporting Lisboa for Marcos #Rojo: €20M + Nani on loan, deal done. Rojo on next days in Uk for medicals #MUFC

Great signing for them. Gives them more flexibility in the LVG system. Also, if you were one of those people who thought Verts might have had his head turned to United, this is also good news to you, too.
Guessing you've seen him play Snarf? Interestingly I was reading the redcafe thread on him and they don't seem to happy with the signing, and some people who claim to have watched him play regularly say he isn't good. Hopefully that's true but I thought he looked pretty decent at the world cup from what I remember.

Breaking: Swansea City confirm signing of Napoli and Argentina defender Federico Fernandez. Undisclosed fee, thought to be between £7m-£8m.
Swansea have almost turned around, they were considered relegation possibilities weeks ago and now look strong again

Bony
Montero --- Siggy --- Dyer

Ki ---- Shelvey

Taylor -- Williams -- Fernandez -- Rangel

Fabianski

They have plenty of goals
Siggy should get 10 goals(got one already)
Shelvey and Ki should 10 goals
Bony should get near 20 goals as well

They will do well

Agreed. Just got a feeling Siggy is going to have a great season what with him going back to a place he knows, playing in his best position and a good combination of power and pace surrounding him.

Yeah swans will do ok, and I think Siggy will do well, I think the key is he's a great counter attacking option with great shooting ability and decent when he has a bit of space against opposition that will dominate. Tactically disciplined and works hard defensively so a perfect fit got the way they set up with pace on the counter. The problem he had for us I think was that we dominate opponents who sit back and he doesn't quite have the ability, skill or vision in those really tight areas and so struggled to impact games. All the best to him though.

Bayern Munich midfielder Thomas Muller has told German newspaper Bild that he turned down an "astronomical" offer from Manchester United to stay with the Bundesliga side.

I guess he didn't want to miss out on Champions League football in his prime. He might have got Europa league next year though. The days of Uinted buying top drawer plays has come to an end. Love it!!

You can pretty much write all those players off now apart from Jones (there's still a good player in there) and the manager likes Young, could turn him into a useful wing back.

Without understating the obvious achievements of fergie all of these deals are his bar 1.Added to the pogba and pique releases it's quite obvious fergie took his eye off the ball from a player recruitment perspective. Got to feel slightly sorry for moyes and van gaal inheriting that average squad
