I am aware, but thanks. Just me being mischievous. To be fair, journeyman is a misnomer. It doesn't actually mean anyone that moves about as it sounds like it does. Look it up. It's exactly what Austin and Whiteman are.

Journey men at one club lol-no offence Trix mate
Journeymen are usually players who have been at various clubs, usually lower league, able to do a job when called on. But they have actually played, our two basically haven’t .I'd say they were there to bulk the squad out, make training competitive, and be back up to the back up's. Nearly every squad has journey men keepers.
"A journeyman is a skilled worker who has completed an apprenticeship and is qualified to work independently in a trade or craft. The term originated in medieval trade guilds, where journeymen were paid daily and ranked below masters but above apprentices."Journeymen are usually players who have been at various clubs, usually lower league, able to do a job when called on. Southampton third kpr started last night, Joe Lumley, played over 200 games.
My problem with Austin is that he is 25yrs old and content to while away his career on the training ground for decent money. No ambition. This is a keeper who we may have to rely on in a carabao quarter final v Man Utd or an important prem lge game.
Best of luck!
he should be playing in this if he's not injured, didn't play in the cup game last week or for england either. No Williams-Barnett so could still be with the first team. as he didn't play for the U21s. Hopefully it's this and he's not injured
we have two irows - oliver and blake, they are probably just distinguishing between the two. or are are they doing it for all the players? likewise we have tyrese hall and tye hall.Does anyone know why the academy twitter account has recently been covering games using first names only? They're assuming a level of familiarity that *a lot* of people won't have? I follow the youth teams, but not as closely as a lot of you, and so I'm not always able to recognise who the players involved are. E.g. when Irow was mentioned, he was called Oliver, and I thought the account was talking about Dexter Oliver. Particularly as we're in a changing of the guard period so a lot of new names, promotions, debuts going on.
