Kind of unrelated to the usual posts in this thread...but shows that learning how to take care of yourself as an adult is universal in sports.
Also echoes what Andros Townsend said about his loan experiences.
Hope the club has processes in place that show young players how to cope with a real world outside of the Training Centre.

I actually see that as a parents duty rather than clubs!

What's going on with Lankshear? Seems like he's stuck in limbo as he's obviously not getting minutes with the 1st team and doesn't seem to be getting minutes with the U21s. Would've felt that he should still keep his sharpness playing for the U21's. Don't really see the value in him not playing at all.

How has Dorrington been faring? Looks like we might see him on the bench this Thursday for the EL game.
