I was hoping / expecting both to be starting a lot more. Obviously we don't see how they are training etc but a loan spell with a load of time on the bench is not a useful one.

Scarlett has had some chances and looked pretty shocking and out of his depth according to my Oxford mate. He just appears to have no confidence when he's playing senior football.

Donley unfortunately didn't get rave reviews from the manager either recently.

Watching a bit of Donley... to me its clear to see his footy IQ is above his teammates. hes in the positions you'd want him to be in and when he does have it always looks to create but his teammates dont thin fast enough.
