People may think beating Grimsby in the youth cup is no big deal. But they had previously knocked out West Ham and appears there were only 3 x 2nd year boys in our team Last night. LWB isnt even on our books As only just 16 before Xmas. Not a bad effort at all. Plus our best youth player not even there.
Where’s Herbie James these days .

Hasn't been a problem so far, as Harry was injured in pre-season and (as was expected given his injury) it looks as though he hasn't played since. Back in the Summer he was expected to be playing again in the new year.
And I see that Harry Gray is indeed back from injury. 29 minutes against Everton U21 on 17th January - and now starting against our old friends Tamworth in the National League Cup.
Edit - And taken off at half time, so presumably still building match fitness. (bother - didn't see @spurs9 below!)

Came off in the 46th minute. Hopefully planned and not injured.

I hope Tyrese Hall gets a loan. His biggest problem is his strength and size, he needs to be regularly playing against bigger men to learn how to deal with it.

His talent isn’t in question.

Hopefully they go as far as possible this year, but next season we have a real chance. Of yesterday's starting XI, only Olusesi and the keeper won't be eligible,

The U21s are on Spursplay this evening 19.00ko.

They're playing Dinamo Zagreb in the Premier League International Cup. We've lost the previous three games.

On the plane boarding video to Germany, the youngsters in the video were:

Cassanova
Olusesi
Hardy
Ajayi

Moore and Lankshear were there too but I consider them as Senior team members now.

1-0 down.
Very unlucky goal though, just nipped across the road for more beer and got in just to see a replay.

I'm still not sure about Irow up top for the 21's.
I know that it's good for youngster to play different positions but he's looked pretty ineffective whenever I've seen him.
Although, that being said, the whole team have been pretty ineffective every time I've seen them too. (for understandable reasons, before anyone thinks I'm slagging them off).

Freak own goal from Baptiste against the run of play. Our lads have dominated while looking a bit toothless. Lots of balls into the box, all of which have been dealt with quite easily.

Ha!
Good finish from Irow there after good play from Akamrich.

What do I know about anything? 🤣

Typical. I switched on and we're 1-0 down and it's half time so I watched Ange's press conference. I log back in afterwards and I've missed two goals.
