We were told by the club he had undergone surgery to remove his appendix which is the reason why there were the pictures of him in hospital.

You never know in football but I'd rate the chances of Edwards coming back to us as pretty close to zero. It sounded like bridges were well and truly burned.

Depends who he blames more - the former coaching staff or the higher ups in the system?

I don't see it happening either.

I saw that Harvey White was featured in a good amount of the training session. Looked quite sharp too.

Can someone explain this to me?

I was under the impression that he wasn't likely to make it
Sounds like nepotism... or a courtesy.

I actually know nothing about Maurizio’s footballing ability, he may very well deserve it. I’d love to see him make it here. It would be a great way to keep Poch connected with our club as well.

Its definitely a strange one. Has Poch. Jnr done more than some of the lads that have been let go? I don't think so, no. Maybe he's made terrific strides in training, who knows.

There was that u23 game that parrot played well in before lockdown that Poch jr was said to have played brilliantly in

I guess Poch has had a significant amount time to train Poch Jr since November..

The Marcus Edwards rumours are certainly a bit of a surprise!

He’s primarily playing RW in Portugal, right? Would be odd to bring him back only to be behind Bergwijn and Lucas at least in the pecking order.

I can only see us wanting to buy him for one reason...

To get him back on the cheap and make money selling him on
