We could do with finding loans for Eyoma, Hinds and TOB, all of them have been playing u23 football for far too long and are in need of something else.

100%.

i've always been of the opinion that players should spend no more than a max of two seasons in the u23s yet some of them end up getting into years 3 and 4. there are the odd exceptions like blf who i think needs more time as he'd be mauled by lower league strikers but in general it does these players no good to keep them going through the motions. tob needs a change of scenery so bad but i just don't know where would be a good fit for him. he was very poor again the other night but then he does one thing where he took the ball on the half turn outside his own box and took off 40-50 yards past three players and it was probably the best bit of play in the entire game, i don't know why he can't assert himself more but that has been his problem for a while now.

TOBs a write off for us, he will never play. He just needs to leave and he way he is playing at the moment go abroad. It will suit him more, then once he gets confident and more used to it can't start to open up his play. Either way he just needs to leave. Lot of time for him to come good but it will never be here.

TOB would not be a starter for the u23s if I had my way,he has been so frustrating to watch this year and he does not help you win games or win a game on his own, what I have seen is whoever plays central midfield with him has to work a lot harder with him in the starting line-up.

Bottom line we should sell TOB but if we have no offers then loan him out,it is very sad what has happened to him because he does have talent.

If we loan out Eyoma that will give more game time for BLF who needs it and I would like to see him and Luis Binks(c) playing CBs for the u23s.

I asked about why Eyoma didn’t end up at Swansea and was told simply seemed like TJ and spurs at time wernt keen on him coming to Swansea

As in an arsenal supporter or not as seen a few claim he’s a die hard gooner and family?

Think he might be. These kids post it without thinking when they're u16s. I'm sure he's one of the ones I remembered posting back in the day. Unsurprisingly there are a lot who aren't Spurs fans but it's not worth knowing unless they are Spurs fans. We have Chelsea, Palace, Gillingham, West Ham, Man Utd, Pools fans and more in our academy that I'm aware of.

I am more of a Luis Binks fan but Eyoma needs a good loan and get away from u23 football,Maybe they should come back in because it looks like things are changing with our youth loans.

I think we should also loan out Skipp for the rest of the season because he needs to be playing every week and it looks like we might be bringing in new players and that put him further down the list.

My views on Skipp have not changed with the right amount of games he will keep improving and will be a very good player.
