Where did you hear this?
It's been mentioned in a few places/articles and I think Jose has even mentioned it himself, saying also that he knows he has to adapt and evolve.
Iirc, it was in some show on one of the sports channels and I'm sure it's been posted on here somewhere.
I'm sure some bright spark will manage to remember it, find it and link it.

Typical. Trust our luck to get Maureen when he's gone all soft. I wasn't in favour of him getting the job but seeing as he has let's bloody well win something big. Now is not the time, Jose, to suddenly discover your inner Ozzie Ardilles.

Apparently in the 11 months he has been off, he has worked on a new strategy and philosophy, so who knows what that will look like, it could mean Winks is the key to it ,surplus to requirements or anything in between.

I saw him say it himself. Said he’s been studying hard and he’s ready to go big. He spoke about getting his team together, they’ve shown it on ssn few times.

sorry it was “ I’m ready again to do it big”

The guys not an idiot. He’s seen what Klopp and Pep have done. Tbh if Southgate can basically copy and paste I’m sure José can. It’s not really rocket science. Attacking full backs a central pivot with two 8s. And inverted wingers with a central striker. Pressing high. Even I worked it out lol.

Bein Sports did a program with him, which is probably what you're referring to

Parrot, Tanganga and Skipp solely based on their performances in pre-season.

Those will be the three. He’ll know about them. We already know he watched our preseason games so would have seen them play.

He needs to win games though so will play players who will provide that.

Parrot could still be valuable when trying to get more energy on the pitch. And Skipp could be used alongside Dier to shut down a game. For example.

In the clips I've seen he looks a bit like an Iheanacho type. Tons of pace and decent finishing but a little one dimensional. Still young though.

I wonder if Mourinho is gonna be disappointed with what he finds in the academy. He’s talking like he’s expecting loads of gems. Yes we have a few with potential. But in reality the only ones that are near ready are already with the senior squad in Skipp Parrott Tanganga. After that I guess next closest maybe White Binks Cirkin Bowden Bennett. But I don’t really see any of them are massively knocking down the door. Anyone I’ve forgotten ?

He's been doing his homework so knows the squad inside out, he probably already knows who will or will not make it.

I didn't see that? I did see him say that the academy was one of the reasons he came and that he hadn't had the strength before.

I think it was yesterday he said about the academy then said I can’t name players I don’t know details yet. By the way Aaron Skinner has signed.

Is Skinner more a DM or CB sure someone said he’s same size as White ?
