1-0 parrott. good closing down from richards who puts the ball through for parrott to finish.

bowden probably our best player so far, shown some good composure amongst a lot or erratic play around him, binks has been strong at the back too. one brilliant point blank save from oluwayemi and nice link up between richards and parrott for the goal but all in all a bit disjointed. could do with having some proper full backs rather than a cm and a cb out there.

Yeah I think It's him.

One of the problems he may have faced is that by this time of year most clubs will have filled their scholarship quota. Once early professional deals start getting handed out and others get let go he may get picked up by someone.

poor 2nd half with little else happening.

oluwayemi - one brilliant save, not much else to do but did it well

lyons-foster - competent but not a fb
eyoma - solid apart from the terrible error
binks - strong, read the game well
white - pretty much the same as blf

bowden - good use of the ball, i know he had a yellow but not sure why he needed to be taken off
maghoma - very poor. such a jekyll and hyde player

markanday - a bit better 2nd half winning some free kicks but mostly wasteful and ineffective
richards - not involved enough overall but when he was it was usually positive
clarke - one good run aside he didn't do much else, needs to get his head up more

parrott - took his goal well and a few other nice touches but a bit isolated and went to ground too easily on a couple of occasions

lusala - came on at lb and showed some good ability, including a nice ball through for parrott
whittaker - n/a

I don’t watch our youth regularly so was pleasantly surprised to see we have cloned Marcus Edwards in Markanday.

Troy took his goal well but didn’t get much service throughout. Don’t think we had a shot on target in the second half, and not many more in the first.

Bit of a turdfest all in all.

Also, Parrot didn’t bother to celebrate his goal, and actually looked a little cheesed off about the whole thing.

I think Aurier performance on Saturday really highlighted KWP shortcomings. It is comparing a man with a boy.

I guess we also forget KWP's assists and good games, as Aurier's come back and had a good game. Why am I not surprised at the fickleness of this forum. How bout we give KWP and actual run before saying he's not good enough. He's hardly been the reason we've been underperforming

The Under-16s have a Premier League Qualifier Tournament today. They are playing Norwich, Wolves and Fulham.

Also, Malachi Walcott is back with the Under-18s today after a 4 month injury lay-off.
