I'm physically shaking with anger, why can these clowns not defend?! Doesn't matter how good your attack is, we aren't winning shit with our CBs.

Weird how I can't criticise the players today, a set piece a random own goal and a worldy.

Sometimes it's not meant to be.
You don't just randomly concede 3 goals. Sissoko got complacent and didn't challenge for a header. Sanchez was just downright poor, and then we gave away a silly free kick and didn't clear our lines in the last minute of the game.

Bale should've gone for the corner flag. Had a bad feeling about that moment.

Doherty should have come on for Aurier who was fucking so rash second half giving away needless free kicks.

But mentally, that was fucking abysmal from us

West Ham deserved to win, not just draw.
Which brings us right back to the folly of abandoning possession football.
Luck or no luck, these 4 lost points are all down to poor tactics. You just don't protect leads by parking the bus, playing long ball, and hoping that their position miss their hances.
We may have a strong squad, but tactically we look like something from the 80s.
And mentally we just look like Spurs.

That second half performance was awful, compounded by bad subs. Winks, Hojbjerg and Sissoko should not play together, let alone all three of them. We pen ourselves in when we do that.

Hate to rely on the cliche but that was ‘one of those games’. We weren’t too deep or anything. Deserved a fourth and lost out to a one in a million strike.

it wasn’t one of those games, we we were out played and out thought by West Ham in that second half. The players attitude was off from the very first minute of that half

4 points thrown away now to Newcastle and West Ham, title challengers don’t do this.

Metalhead

But that's a debate for another thread.....

One convincing win against disastrous ManUtd and people thought that we are genuine title contenders. Back to earth again, it’s still Tottenham lads.
It’s still a work in progress. People on here get WAY too carried away and then can’t handle the reality.

We’ve gone from flying with confidence to this in 10 minutes. We had a great transfer window but not signing that established centre back will cost us.

One of those games? We were 3-0 with 10 minutes to go.

That's a pure bottle job.
