Villa have been getting lucky all season, glad we took them down a peg or 2 today. Their constant shithousing came back to bite them in the end

Fantastic 2nd half, hope all the bed wetters in the first half are as quick to praise our players and Ange as they were to jump down their throats in the 1st half

Feel sorry for Maddison a bit because I honestly think he's having a decent season, but we look so much better with Sarr in there in the tougher games.
The problem is that Madders is a luxury player, kinda like Foden for City, but they have so much quality that they can afford to have him in there.

I don’t have the solution, was a beautiful freekick tho

Great second half. Consistency will come with experience. We are a young team
Is resting players such a good thing, didn’t help us last week & didn’t seem to help Villa 2day?
I agree, if you're winning games, you don't want any breaks in between. It's why I hate international breaks.

Spurs are struggling according to the media.

2 points behind Villa, who by all accounts are having a great season

Second game on the trot we have put 4 past them.

2 points behind ‘title challengers’ Arsenal.

Oh and highest scoring team in the Premier League.

Feels good to hammer Villa and Newcastle as their fans are getting way ahead of themselves after one decent season.

I think this is one of the most satisfying wins for me in a long time. Overall IMO we were good against a well drilled side.

Was our last direct freekick goal the last game of the 18/19 season at home to Everton with Eriksen scoring to make it 2-2?
Son floated in a freekick that everyone missed against watford under nuno that might count as direct.
Actual intended/attempted shot from a free kick you might be right, which makes my confidence Maddison would score from todays very odd.
