Keeper at fault but where was the right back following up? Caught out of position for at least the third time already in this game alone

Sorry but Aurier is pony. Weakest position in the team by far for me - even with Kane injured

Hassenhuttl has got them playing some decent football this season.
On current form they're probably the 3rd or 4th best team in the league. Right now they're playing a lot better than the likes of Wolves, Utd, Chelsea and us. Very tough team to beat atm (unless you're Liverpool).

Feel bad for Ward-Prowse, that looks really bad. Goes without saying that Sess had no bad intentions there

Southampton more than double the number of passes. Once again I’ll say, isn’t Winks the one who you all say keeps the game ticking and always showing himself? I’m not blaming this all on him but if he’s as good as you all say he is he should be doing more than he is.

Palacios, Sandro, Wanyama, Dier. 4 defensive midfielders who were superb only to go and get perma-crocked. What is it with us? Why can't we have nice things?

space everywhere for them, don't even need to be accurate passes. 5 at the back and sloths in midfield what could go wrong when your inviting them into your final 3rd at will

good summary. That’s it isn’t it. Just so pedestrian. I think dier is done at this level now like Rose is.

I really dotn get this. When a keeper is being bombarded game after game what do we expect? It puts pressure on the keeper. The defending has been shit too. Hugo hasnt been blameless but in all honesty id say he is motm for us so far given we could have been four or five down
You’re kidding right? He was at fault for the goal having already got away with one weak parry and could have walked out and put his hat on the one for the Ings chance. Tanganga has been the only one who’s been respectable so far for me

Props to the Southampton players putting a hand on Sessegnon’s back and acknowledging there was no intent to hurt Ward-Prowse

He's made one error and that was not closing down Ings when he got through and hit the bar. All his saves have been pushed well enough away from goal that you'd expect a defender to get there first, it's terrible disorganised defending that's letting them get the shots off and first to the rebound.
