Agree with this, but it will only work if our defensive lines are solid. And that's where we are failing. Most notably on the right hand side... You know, where Serge is supposed to be.
Yes. Serge is up against one of those players you don’t want to see. And they are doubling up on him. Would actually take Gedson off and push Aurier higher and bring Tanga on. Not saying Gedson is poor. But. Think that will solidify our midfield.

People need to realise. This is how we are going to play against this type of team. The Poch passing days are over. We knew we would see this. Sit in. Don’t concede and try and nick a winner in the first leg. We don’t want to be going to Leipzig needing to score two and keep them out. It’s 180 minutes of football.

They should be 3-0 up. How can you think this type of football is a game plan?

To be fair nearly everything he's saved has been straight at him. He's not put a foot wrong in the first half, but then we are that deep he doesn't need to leave his line. It's not like he's made a string of world class saves now is it!

No. Though people are quick to criticize when he he kicks one out of play which isn't really disastrous is it?

Why oh why is Aurier always higher up the pitch than most of our midfield when we are defending? Put Tanganga on at RB and let one of our midfielders get forward and give us a chance of taking the game to them occasionally.

That's Joses tactic . he straight up said as much publicly.

Aurier has the positional sense of bubblegum and has been a lazy ***k.
Sanchez playing v well.
Gedson put in some good crosses, shame no Kane on the end of them. I think Gedson is going to be some player but not sure what his best position is.
I can't fault Lucas' effort, but 9 times out of 10 he runs straight into trouble or heads the ball and has no idea where it's gone.
So bring on Ndom and Lamela. But for who?
As ineffectual as Dele has been, there's always a goal in him or an assist.
Good luck Mourinho in keeping us in the tie.

Yes Leipzig have spent money but they also have an excellent scouting system something we seem to be badly missing

I think it’s safe to say that Jenas didn’t want Mourinho at Spurs!

Dont know what people expected tonight. We are playing against a really good side, they will have chances. Whilst they have certainly hurried us and we have struggled to control the game we are in this game.

Think Ndombele and Lamela can come on later in the game when their intensity starts to dip and we can hopefully take advantage of that.

Sanchez, Gedson and Gio have had really good halves.
I don’t get the Ndembele situation he and Lo celso are our most creative players
