For all this talk of our defence being dreadful, we’ve conceded one goal from open play in 3 PL games, and that was against the best team in the world, who had very few other clear cut chances in that match.

Good to see Hugo back and unscathed.

GLC looks like he has genuine quality on and off the ball

Eriksen, for his own sake as much as ours needs to never put a spurs shirt on again. The fans have turned and it just makes for a horrendous atmosphere when fans are jeering one of their own players.

Got the win but we were poor. Some players not at their best Son, Moura, Sessegnon and Ali. As for the Eriksen, the sooner he fucks off the better, just awful when he came on.

Can’t see much difference to when Poch was in charge. We’re so poor at the moment never look like scoring. Lo celso was class though!
Well Jose and Poch now have an equal sample size this season. Jose amassed 20 points, Poch 14.

Still a difference there when you consider Kane's absence for the last few.

Well that was a challenging watch, but Gio was really impressive. And Aurier was decent going forward. Aside from that, I cannot see many redeeming features of this side right now.

Shocking performance yet again we either don't start games or get in front then fall away, no control of the game miss placed passes and shit up top

We look better defensively with every passing game albeit the mistakes are still there but not as many. Central midfield has also improved with both Winks and Lo Celso constantly looking to get the ball forward. However, offensively the front 4 have been atrocious and have been getting worse, not better. Sod looking to bring in a Jonny average striker, we need a quality attacking player if we're serious about getting in the top 4. We've Man City up next, with Chelsea away at Leicester... potentially a 3 point gap if and it's a big if we sort out our attacking personnel before the window shuts.

Lo Celso was exceptional. We are fucking unwatchable though. Shocking to watch and I don't even get excited when we score anymore. And this from someone who runs around like a headless chicken whenever we score.

Poch will take over at Utd soon and start the revolution. Will make Levy look like a right clueless idiot as well.

We could sign Aarons (who was fantastic), a DM and Gareth Bale and this window would still be considered a failure if we don’t tie up GLC.

I have to be consistent..... I used to slate this sort of rancid bollocks under Redknapp every week, win lose or draw. Under Sherwood a performance like that and most of you/us would be rioting. No different because it's Mourinho. That wasn't great first half, second half it was fucking awful and we simply didn't deserve to win. Wide open, unable to get the ball down, woeful without the ball and only 5/6 getting back to defend whilst we had 5 stood up front watching, and just grade A fertiliser technically, tactically, and in basically all aspects of the game.

Absolute muck 90 minutes.
