Lo Celso breaking through like this is a much needed tonic for the antipathy the fans have towards a lot of our players.

Really disappointed with Sessegon. He looks scared of making a mistake and so makes mistakes. Isn't playing with any confidence.
Rubbish. Funnily enough he's been meh going forward but defensively he's looked pretty good. He's been far from terrible imo.

Thought we’ve played well in parts but still look vulnerable to conceding chances. I definitely think we need another if we want to take all 3 points.

Been covered many a time. But he is going to be one of the best in the league in a few seasons easily. The kid has so much quality. Just wait until the goals start coming. He can score some crackers.
Him and Ndombele fit and firing is going to be so fun to watch.

I think the two centre midfielders for us have played quite well. Done a ton of work and been very tenacious, used the ball smartly at times. The rest of them, especially the front four, lets be honest have been pretty dog shit and uber wasteful. That also goes for stuff like our shape and work without the ball, and our tactical shape and possession play with the ball. Not good enough at all.

Fortunately though Norwich coughed up the ball one too many times in their third and got punished, 1-0. Evidence also that without Kane with these players we may as well just play Alli as the 9. If the ball does go in the box he is most likely to be there to tap it in. The last 5 mins or so we've had a bit more verve all of a sudden, and Norwich looked deflated and far more open, but was still pretty wasteful wasn't it.

Winning or not just have to aspire to be much better in terms of performance, starting with the second half.

on the stream I’m watching Tony Gayle is cocom. They talked about the raving and commentator set teed him up with “normally means they can’t use their other foot”. Expert pundit says, “you’re right but the likes of Payet and Lamela have the talent to do it with either foot”. Cue tumbleweed.

He and Ndombele are going to be a real force in a year or two
