You could sense the handball being given as they examined the offside. He looked more offside than all the other equally controversial borderline offsides that they gave last season..

The ball hit two of their players on the hand in the box and nothing. Especially the last one was worse the one the ref gave as a penalty against us.

Hope everyone starts chip it into defenders hands from now on. We gonna have 3 penalties a game soon when teams realize that's the most effective.
I hope Mourinho came up with another new philosophy in tackling this loop hole. I don't care for once we won the games ugly. These bastard deserved none of the respect from this sport in playing nice.

VAR stupidity aside, we played well, looked fluid, pressed and created chances. Only criticism is not finishing them off, we certainly could have been 4 or 5 up.

Once rage at the decision passes, I will be happy knowing that playing like that on a regular basis, we will have a good season.

Jose being pragmatic in his post-match interview. How'd he manage to keep his cool!? I'd be fucking spewing personally.
Because he is old enough and wise enough now to know what he says will only bring him a fine and potential touchline ban even though we all know he'd be right to do so.

Nothing wrong with winning 1-0

That game was taken away from us, Newcastle had no threat aside from the rules and ref.

This will allow the poor teams to wait until the last 10 minutes and get a handball.
Exactly, if they scored a shithouse Carroll goal then shame on us but they didn't, FIFA get them the point

Son came off to save legs. That's why he said another one Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.

I think he was saying the injuries will start to pile up because we as a club get no respect hence the ridiculous fixture list we have.

I’ve not seen anyone say that. We didn’t deserve to lose, but we obviously needed an insurance policy of a 2nd to protect against the risk of a bad decision. They are always possible (and with the shit handball rule, probable).

It doesn’t matter if we were 5-0 up.
If that’s a penalty then I’m afraid football is broken

Worst part is that I can remember at least 3 occasions where Newcastle players looked to have handballed it and play continued.

That's why I'm convinced there is some level of corruption going on. None of these were reviewed.

Yes some had their arms down but others didn't.

The Arsenal was way worse than Die

Again like others have said, makes it incredibly more annoying that Arsenal somehow got away with the same thing. If you're gonna bring in such a strict rule at least have it apply to everyone FFS.

Jose speaking the truth. With us now he's realising for the first time that this sport is rigged. Has been for a long time, if not forever.
