This should be a good game. Two decent teams. The front three in both teams look good. I think this will just come down to tactics and fitness as both teams very evenly matched.

I imagine Ndombele is on the bench cause Jose would rather have a fitter version towards the end of the game.

He was very effective late in the game for us against City once the game had opened up and players had tired.

Imagine if he started with him and Sissoko. They'd both get tired, then United would introduce Pogba. Then we'd be struggling to fill the gaps

The difference is in the strength and organisation of the defence, as the goals-against figures show.

That and their acquisition of Fernandes, who has transformed their team. We can't get either of our two creative midfielders onto the pitch, at least not for 90 minutes. We have them, but they don't play regularly enough to form any kind of matchday working relationship with the other midfielders.

I wonder if Mourinho plans to put a player on Fernandes, in his face, to stop him from running the match. Lamela maybe.
