Redknapp is absolutely spot on here.

The reason is Levy and challenging to take the club to the next level. Arsenal gambled and went big with Jesus and Zinchenko, it paid off. Then Rice and Havertz. Its paying off.

We got top 4 under Conte and gave him Spence and Lenglet.

Bang on from Redknapp about its run as a business.

I don't know mate, I can't speak for what Rangers and Celtic fans would do, I can only speak for myself and I found the fact that the stadium was bouncing, singing anti Arsenal songs while we were losing fucking embarrassing.

I've said a few times, I take one game at a time and I want us to win every game, no matter what the ramifications might be.

Ange wanted to win the game, the players wanted to win the game but half the fans were just happy because of Arsenal.
That sucks in my book and it's no way to support the club.

Ok, the loss is easier to take because of it's effect on Woolwich but fuck me, take that joy when the game has finished, not while it's being played.
Being all happy and singing anti Arsenal songs while our team is losing a game is just shit, as far as I'm concerned.
Small time.

Ange has been saying he isnt bothered about top 4, it doesnt guarantee success etc.

The fans show that for one game and hes angry?

People in glass houses....

Absolutely, and I agree with him. But you've got to say there's perhaps a itsy bitsy deflection exercise there, or mayhaps trying to get some leverage with Levy (always fruitless). Because we are not in this situation because our fans would have hated to make our bitterest rivals champions in one game, it is because we have been fairly shit for almost half a season with a few exceptions.
I don’t aceept that. My point is that he wants to win. And he isn’t happy that we are kind of happy Aresenal
Aren’t winning. Fair fucking play to him. Let that continue. Because if we do they this monkey off our back that Arsenal are our rivals and we would rather see us fail And Arsenal win. There is no hope. That for me seems to be his point in the whole matter. The fact that the loudest the crowd were tonight was when we went 2-0 down spoke volumes. And don’t get me
Wrong. I was kind of applauding that as well makes me part of the problem.

onwards to next season. With a
Manger who does t accept that we are not champions

He doesn't care about 4th because he wants higher than 4th.

The fans don't want 4th because they think we're shit and it's not worth bothering with.

If only the players had cared as much when actually facing our biggest rivals then we wouldn’t be in this position. This is why I’m pissed off with this attitude. This is a problem of the teams making not the fans support has been strong all year. If they are not playing for us they are playing for themselves and that is selfish.

This was it. The fan was shouting at Ange to throw the game all night.

That's fucking pathetic, no wonder he looks downbeat in the press conference, fan mentality is crucial.

The state of our fans sometimes.

Some of the "Levy Out" protesters who question his desire to push us on or complain his will to win is lacking....wanted us to lose today, utterly pathetic wankers.

I'm not watching that because Redknapp is never spot on, the bloke's a total helmet and he might even be saying something I agree with!
Just about us not having a winning mentality, and that we've not had one even when he was here, he's right, case in point we signed him.

The same winning mentality his Dad had when he checked out when he was linked with the England job and blew 4th place. Why doesn't he give us his opinion on that

Do you not think he's said that because he wants to aim for the very top?
Like, he's not bothered about top 4 because he's aiming higher than that?
He's trying to change the "settle for that" mindset in this club?

That's a really weak argument mate.

well i'm a pathetic wanker then.

This club never learns under Levy, its constant groundhog day. A win against City wont be remembered in 20 years. "Tottenham Hotspur, you won us the league" would live on for decades.

Like i said rivalries are rivalries. Completely different to Menatlity.

As I say, he's a complete watch-tapper. But he does give us all hope as he managed a good career, got to sleep with Louise and still somehow draws a wage - there's hope for all of us!

No, I actually agree with all the above you've said.

But its the context of it and can be seen as what i've suggested it is, even though I agree he wants more.

A better example. Ange playing second string against fulham in the cup with 1 game a week. That was fucking weak mentality.

Yeah but even Louise binned him off in the end
