I really hope he does get sacked and that bald parasite **** hires Southgate. I want to see all the Ange out team suffer even further

I don't think the tactics are why we lost today, but I do think it's why we had such a heavy scoreline against. I think 2-3 of those goals are pretty standard goals that were down to how we set up, and they are the type of chances we give up regularly against most teams, and it could/should have been more.

I take into account that we are down to the bare bones but I have to question again, when we know this is the case why don't we tweak it to help the backline out a bit?

I don't think Biss is good enough on the ball to play the deep role and I think Son is offering less and less as the games go on.

Some positives though in that some of the younger players are really showing up. Spence and Gray out of position are really stepping up and I think Kulu was brilliant again. Sarr did well enough, and Bergvall looks to be a good player if not quite ready to start games.
Both Biss and Son does not have the defensive nose to be able to play this system, you need Players that read the game fast and are willing to sprint back like Kulu, if you have 2.3 palyers that does not do this we will keep having 4-5 in the back of the net.

The midfield is 15-20 meters away from eachother, and we make other teams look extremely good, because they get 2-3 seconds on the ball. He must sort his midfield press and stability, because with that high line we look like a joke.

More importantly who has shipped 6 , can't be another fan forum so content to see 6 scored against at home surely.
Not even the goals conceded but the fact that the XG was nearly 5. Got the be the highest XG for an away team?

Considering we had one of the best defences at one point I don't think it would. We're playing a back up back five in defence against the country's best side at the moment.

I think we'll win more than we lose when we get players back. We're good going forward but get that reinforcements at the back and things will be better.
It not so much the defense itself it’s that they have no protection in front of them. It’s too easy for teams to get at our back line which often consists of only 2 CBs.

Let’s be honest, it was only going to take a team with a clinical cutting edge to bang a load of goals past us. We play on the edge and with the deficiencies in the team (especially the midfield when defending in our own half).

Ange needs to take a look at how we defend when the ball is in our half - the midfield is all over the place, the full backs are getting pulled here and there, and our centre backs are being exposed. He doesn’t need to compromise on his principles, just be more astute. We showed it away against City.

That being said, some really poor performances and moments. Lot of upgrading/improvement needed

That was never going to happen, they're the best team in the league by a distance this season and were able to rest practically everyone everyone midweek. We rested what, one player? Two?
We didn't rest anyone, started with the same team from Thursday.

Nobody expected to win today but of course, out come the complainers.
It's the same after any and every loss.

Which manager in the world would've done better today with who we had available today vs. this Liverpool team?
Russell Martin did better at home against Liverpool with the worst team in the league and he's been sacked.

Yeah, I'm not saying he shouldn't have started today, same with Son. I'm more saying they both need replacing one way or another asap.

I would rather start Bergvall and lose with him than play Bissouma and lose with him
