His arm was raised clearly, and it struck him in the armpit/chest area and he had contact with the ball as he brought his raised arm down. You can whine all day, but it's a penalty.That is compete and utter bollocks. It hits his chest and then bounces on to his arm. In no way shape or form is that a penalty
