I would definitely start Richy. Lankshear after 60 mins. Richy needs games and he has scored twice since returning from a very long injury layoff.

I am not normally one for throwing these games and my thoughts a couple of weeks ago this was a key game to not add to the work loads

HOWEVER we are now in a completely different position and Sunday is miles more important to get a point

play the u21s and take the play offs if we have to and we can assess it then.

We've played far too strong a team throughout this tournament, for little benefit.

This should have been a blooding ground for younger players first and foremost. This isn't an idea I like personally, but it's the only sensible way to manage this squad.
